On our way back from Yellowstone, we spent 2 nights at Glacier National Park. That is nowhere near enough time for this great park, but in this case it is all the time we had. So, the day we arrived, we did the Hidden Lake Overlook trail. It is an extremely popular trail, but we had never done it before. Lots of people, but also lots of Mountain Goats and great scenery! Later in the day we also saw plenty of Bighorn Sheep near Logan Pass. The next day we drove over to Many Glacier and took the boat from there across Swiftcurrent Lake, then a short hike to Lake Josephine, and a boat from there to the other end of the lake, and finally a hike up to Grinnell Lake. This was a relatively easy day, but was what we wanted as we were somewhat tired from the long week. No wildlife seen on this hike, other than a Columbian ground squirrel.
