After 22 minutes at 125 feet we needed two decompression stops to avoid the bends. The 20 foot stop was for five minutes. The stop was a piece of concrete cast in a bucket with a gromet inserted into the wet concrete then attached to the bottom of the 10 foot decompression stop.
