No unusual processing, just some mild color and exposure correction. The blurred portion is due to the slow 1/6s shutter speed, and the sharp portion is from the shoe-mounted flash. The flash was configured for 2nd-curtain sync, so it fired right at the end of the exposure, just before the shutter closed.
