Regions within NSW and SE Queensland put together exhibits made up entirely of produce from within that area - using wool or coloured grains to paint 'pictures' or even fruit. The regions select a theme - usually reflecting contemporary issues - such as drought, water shortages, etc. Produce is usually sold from the exhibits as well. The exhibits are judged on artistic merit - both professional judges and the 'public' get a say. As can be seen from the shots, there a lot of work goes into them.
