Is there actually any public access point to the pond?

John, signs have been nailed to many of the trees surrounding the pond, to notify both the fish and the waterfowl. An inquiry call to the regional EPA office was answered by a gentleman who identified himself as the Director of Turning the Lights on at 8:30 and Off Again at 4. He said no comment, there is no longer anyone else employed there to ask, and please don't throw a lit match into the water.
