I have never once seen this truck leave the parking lot. I don't think I've seen it switch parking spaces more than a handful of times. When Cox sends someone to fix something for me, it's not him. I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for all of the above...like that he's a third shift pole worker...but reasonable explanations are so boring.
