But for a mere $24.95, Adobe sent me six thick, beautifully bound books, one for each of the major components of CS3 Web Design (plus a pamphlet for Acrobat...). They're not badly written, as these things go, and they added something tangible to my purchase of pricey gigabytes. Like many service companies, Adobe knows something tangible in the customer's hands is worth a few in the bush.
