Old friend

My first slr, the Nikon N80. Digital is so much more convenient and less expensive as a medium, but there's something about film that just can't be replaced.

I never loved film. If we had digital many years ago, I would have plenty of fantastic photos. Places I went, I will never go again. Events that happened, that will never occur again. Nostalgia is quite painful.

I used to love the film too, until I realized how much developing was. And I did the same basic thing with film. I tossed a lot of them. Nice image here, though.
