Royal Caribbean's Sovereign of the Seas anchored at Labadee.
In the late 1980's Royal Caribbean invested in a plot of shoreline on the northwest end of Hispaniola. Labadee became
a frequent stop on their Caribbean cruises. It was full of sun, sand, little lizards that were disconcertingly aggressive,
and the overwhelming smell of mosquito spray.
