LED Cube

So I randomly came across an LED Cube on youtube several weeks ago and knew that I must make one. Like many of my other projects start out, I don't have a clue what I'm doing. :) I've dabbled with very basic electronics in the past but this is above my current skill set. I've read a LOT about how others do them, and now understand the fundamentals and a lot of the parts that are required... Getting them to play nice together is where the learning curve will be. There are lots and lots of LED Cube projects out on the web. I'm borrowing bits and pieces from several, and am thankful to all who have documented and shared their work! A couple that I've found very helpful are Vespine: LINK and Dave Clausen: LINK I've also found a very nice explanation of what is going on in the TLC5940 LED drivers that I'm planning on using. If you have any TLC5940 chips in your future, THIS is an excellent read by Matt Pandina.
