This is as far as I took mine apart, at least at any given time. I just left the diaphragms on their respective arms and washed it all as a single unit. You may wish to remove them completely. I soaked everything in warm soapy water. I wouldn't advise using bleach or anything too harsh on the tubing, seals, or diaphragms as it may eat away at them. After soaking, I forced water down both sections of the hose by holding it tight against the faucet. I let everything air-dry for several hours and then blew out the hoses with an air compressor because I was impatient. Extra air-drying time will dry out the hoses if you don't have a compressor. Now, just do everything in reverse to get it back together!
