Each of the diaphragms has a spring clip around it that holds it snug against the diaphragm chamber. You may need a pair of pliers to help here. I've removed one of the hoses here to get a better picture of the clip. Pinch the two ends of the spring clip towards each other. This will loosen the clip and let you wiggle it down the diaphragm, away from the chamber side.
