It's amazing to see these photos. I was in El Limon in '98 when they had the artists' exhibition up there. A bunch of local Dominican artists where up there to raise awareness and money as well for the community. There was a proferssor from Cornell there, though I can't remember his name at the moment. I still have photos somewhere from my visit. Just amazing to see the little village.
