My friend and I were fortunate enough to be in Vigan during dusk after a rush trip from Ilocos Norte. The weather was not yet that good since a typhoon just passed by and we were lucky enough to have some clouds and a blue sky. I had to put up the ISO settings of the camera since the tripod that we brought was damaged. Anyway, hope you like the result.
