Colour me Dull

This photo is of a new house being built among all the wonderful old Victorian style houses in Ponsonby, a very close suburb of Auckland. It is made of grey block work, and I was quite intrigued with the design of this wall, where the steps lead up to the garage on the side of the home.

I’ve played a bit with PP effects and given the stainless steel an Iridium coloured pattern. The style was very boring but it did have quite a magnificent view of Auckland City from the back windows of the house. I would hate to think what they would have paid for the land there.
