This is the Norfolk Island Palm - and the I reckon that the leaves 'sort-of' form triangles

They certainly do form triangles, great against the blue sky - haven't seen that for days here :(

such a cool find! I have seen one of these in the botanic gardens in Montpellier... they do look almost artificial, they are so géometrically perfect!
