I saw a few of these padlocks attached to bridges and fences in Europe this year.
These were on a bridge in Salzburg

I was on that bridge in Salzburg last month!!!!! And guess what? I actually found a lock on there with my name and hubby's name on it! How strange is that???? Great capture Janice! :)
