Even if she wants to listen to you and come down, she can't. She has been sitting there for 20 years, after a 2005 exhibition. This sculpture became so popular that the library purchased it to make it a permanent decor, symbolizing freedom and hope (parents and grandparents may not agree that a child sitting up there means freedom and hope though). ~VVV~
