September 2015 - It has been a little over a year now since Fenway passed away so suddenly.
I have taken some time to pick out my top twenty photos of him that I feel represent the kind of dog he was.
Of course I have many photos of Fenway up here on pbase already but I wanted to put together a gallery dedicated to him from puppyhood until he passed.
What I have found in gathering these photos is that it has been very therapeutic for me.
It makes me feel good to see that the photos clearly show that he was a happy dog who had a wonderful life.
Fenway was a very shy puppy, afraid of almost everything and everybody.
We worked very hard to socialize him.
While he was never very outgoing with people he didn't know he was a big mush with the people he was familiar with.
He was great with puppies, afraid of cats, never chased squirrels and had a very strong sense of right from wrong.
Whenever he saw a dog getting picked on at the dog park he was the first one there to break it up.
To say my husband and I don't miss him everyday would be a lie.
He was such a soulful being and very tuned in to his fellow pack members.
I will put up a few photos at a time, happy that I had so many to go through.
Eight years wasn't enough time with our beautiful boy but they were eight wonderful years!
