The newborn shots were taken with Rachel's sister's camera. We didn't get a camera until Ava was 5 weeks old. By this time Ava was almost smiling. When the smiles really came we kept the camera flashing. Here are some of our best shots with friends and family. Ava's major milestone during this period was her first taste of real food. Yum! She loves her carrots!!
