Apartment Buildings in HAT Kobe

Kobe, Hyogo-ken, Japan

Actually Japanese call these type of accommodations "Mansions", but I'm sure everywhere else in the world would call them "Apartments"!

If anyone knows can you tell me the difference between an Apartment and Mansion in Japan could you please tell me. I thought it had something to do with size, but then I found out you can get one bedroom Mansions.

I live just behind these buildings. The building in the foreground is a retirement home for the elderly, actually.

Great composition. I like how the wide angle emphasizes the sharp angle of the building to the left.
