That's not an English Flag!

...with apologies to my American Friends.

I'm sure any English speakers from UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Singapore, Malaysia, etc would have got just as offended as me if they saw this. If the Imperial Household Agency can't get it right what hope has the rest of Japan getting it right. Or maybe this is an insult on American intelligence, maybe the Imperial Household Agency thinks Americans don't know what a UK flag is...
