Here's a photo of the 99 Yen (japanese: Kyu Kyu en) shop. Every thing here costs 99 yen (or 104 after tax!), although having some similar things to the 100 yen shops the focus of the 99 yen shops seems to be more on food and other consumables (eg detergents, toothpaste, shampoo, etc).
