Necochea lies c. 200 km south of Rincon de Cobo/Nueva Atlantis - and close to Costa Bonita (see other gallery). Here Ricardo Doumecq-Milieu photographed an interesting orange-billed tern that, in my view, is a strong candidate for Elegant. Photographs (c) Ricardo Doumecq Milieu.

I think this is a bright billed Cayenne, the structure looks like Cayenne both in bill size and shape, and length of crest. It is not an Elegant. Alvaro Jaramillo.
