Dear Mr. Wan,
I am a lecturer at Fukuoka University, Japan and I did my PhD research on Sakya Pandita. Right now I am writing an essay on the meaning of language in Tibetan Buddhist Theory of Perception, which is going to be published by the German East Asia Society (OAG) in Tokyo.
I would very much like to use your beautiful fotografie of the Sakya Pandita statue (who by the way lived in the 13th century) for the publication. Is there any way that you would give me the publishing rights for this particular picture?
I won't earn any money with this essay, so I would really apreciate, if I could use the picture free of charge. Naturally, your name will be published under the fotografie.
I'd be grateful if you write to my university e-mail adress as given in the formular below.
