Last Fire? - 05/17/06

Tallahassee / Quincy, Florida

Despite it being near the end of May, it’s still surprisingly cool here in North Florida.
My wife informed me that “This will be the last fire of the season because it will turn hot soon.”

Huh?

This coming from my pyro wife?

Humph!

She will still be setting the yard ablaze into July!

This photo was taken with my new Canon 70-200mm L Zoom lens, and I must say I’m delighted
with the razor sharp quality of the lens, even when the exposure was made at 400 ASA.

Daddy has a new toy, … and it’s a guy thing!

That is a great exposure.
It is too dry around here to light a fire.
Out of control brush fires raged just south of us last week.
