Being of Italian heritage, (well, mostly anyway, ... my Mom was Scot – Irish, and Dad was
full Italian), it has been a family tradition from as long as I can remember that Thursday
night was “Spaghetti Night”. (Mom always called it “Skett Night”.)
To this day we all continue the tradition.
It just wouldn’t be a proper Thursday without spaghetti.

Yeah yeah yeah, I know, …
but it’s a guy thing.
