Old fashioned Barnstorming Air Shows are a guy thing right? The dare-devil acts of hanging vertically in the sky, engines screaming under the strain of keeping an old bi-plane hovering like a helicopter straight up balanced between heaven and earth, … gravity and blue sky, … crashing through loops and rolls and performing acts that most of us stand with our mouths agape in astonishment to look at. Definitely a guy thing. No doubt. Then along comes someone like our dear friend Dawn from California who will wave her hand and say, “Hey Johnny, … girls do that too!” Well, … (sigh) it’s true, … there are women that hang from the wings by their ankles and stand on the top of the wings while in flight to prove how brave they ate, … but a guy flies the plane.
