It looks like a great place. I hope you enjoy it. Yet think of ways to block the water in case a storm arises. I just went through the Asheville 'hurricane' with a getaway place I have / had there. The damage is insane. In a million years I would never have thought water could rise as high as my place. I guess there isn't much one could do in a once in a hundred year storm but if there is some sort of wall etc that may help, I would consider it. It's weird to see your place float down a river until it breaks into a million pieces after hitting a bridge. Hopefully you will never have to deal with anything so crazy and your place brings great joy..
