"I Think I See The Problem, Guv"

'The problem' was first noticed last evening: the laundry room smelled damp and a faint
'drip ..... drip' could be heard. So, first thing on Sunday morning, the Yellow Pages were consulted and
a plumber was summoned. The plumber arrived about 90 minutes later (a miracle!) and turned out to be was a very
personable young man (more incredible!). He quickly found the problem (lurking behind the washing machine)
and the necessary repairs were made in a little over an hour.

We live in a house built in Victorian times ... I think most of its plumbing may not be much more recent.

Maybe one of my sons will want to become a plumber when he grows up.

That's a pretty incredible story. It's always nice when things work out like that! Can't say that hearing the faint 'drip...drip' is a very comforting sound, though! Glad to hear the plumber was able to fix it. http://www.mikehensleyplumbingandelectric.com

Funny story. I am sorry you had problems with one of your pipes and hope it is now fixed. I, too, hope one of my sons will be a plumber in the future! I remember having a pipe just outside my home burst one Winter. I was really afraid as I had to go out and shut it off while snow was out. That crack I found after was really small and depressing it caused water to burst out. http://www.orangecoastplumbing.net/orangecounty/

Yeah this pipe has definitely seen better days. It looks similar to the pipes that we had to get replaced just a few months ago. Check your pipes as often as you can because you never know that there is a problem until you start losing a lot of money. We didn't know that the water was leaking from our pipes until the bills started going up more and more. http://www.rakeman.com/plumbing-repair-services

Wow, I'm glad you were able to find this problem before it escalated too much. Those pipes have quite a bit of growth on them. Any kind of leaky situation should be taken care of right away.http://www.plumbinginutah.com/
