I was missing more than 2X optical zoom on my Pixel 8 and decided to upgrade after watching a video on the superb voice typing on Pixels and decided to move up and I'm glad I did. I was not glad, however, that the screen protector that Best Buy installed prevented me from registering a fingerprint. I returned it for a refund and for the time being am going without one. I did severely scratch my Pixel 8 but unconsciously putting it in the wrong purse pocket, where it got several scratches from my keys. Will not do that again. Love how the Pixels handle dynamic range. Haven't seen a highlight burnout yet.
