Asheville sculptors, Fred and Kato Guggenheim donated this piece, originally conceived and executed for the North Carolina Arboretum. The individual flowers are made from a combination of painted, stamped, metal forms, kiln cast glass forms, and painted balls with inserts of cold worked glass.
