From the Aaron and Claire YouTube Channel, one of my favorite for Asian recipes.
Rather than cut the tofu into cubes I chose to cut 1/4" thick flat slices of super firm tofu that had been frozen, defrosted and press to remove residual moisture. Freezing puts little channels in the tofu that soak up flavor from the sauce.
I took this picture before I topped it with sliced green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
