What a treat - crispy air fried okra that I bought from the lady who was selling callaloo that I bought at the Depot Farmers' Market on Saturday.

I tried the lemon pepper that the presenter showed on half of the okra and it was wonderful, and had chaat masala on the other half. I think I preferred the lemon pepper. (It wasn't air fried on this tray, I just used it as a parking place for the finished okra.
