Food Processor Biscuits

Breakfast is not my favorite meal of the day. Occasionally, my husband likes to give me a vacation from the kitchen and takes me out for breakfast, mostly because he likes the biscuits that come with his morning plate.

I remembered experimenting with using a food processor to "cut in" the butter and decided to look for a recipe with food processor instructions. Found this one which worked out very well. When I took the dough out of the processor it was very wet, but I put it on a liberally floured cutting board to pat it into shape with my floured hands. I had not problem with sticking. Also floured the biscuit cutter.

The directions stated that if you placed the shaped biscuits close together on the try they would rise higher, and they sure did. Total success. https://honestandtruly.com/food-processor-biscuits-recipe/

Wondering if they would have tasted better with buttermilk instead of plain milk.

These look fantastic, can almost taste them! I find buttermilk gives an even better flavour to scones and biscuits. V
