Excellent - if a bit salty from the type of soy sauce I used. Will correct for that this time.
This is the Mushroom seasoning he mentions: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=mushroom%20seasoning... It seems to be a "secret" ingredient in lots of Chinese recipes.
Now that I know a good way to brown and crisp the tofu I will be experiment with different sauces. Next will be sweet and sour sauce and I may add pineapple chunks to the broccoli and tofu.
