11 - The Following Morning

TRY TO GET UP VERY EARLY SO YOU CAN HAVE THE FINISHED BIALYS AT A REASONABLE BREAKFAST HOUR! They will take approximately an hour to shape and rise. Baking takes only 12 minutes. Cooling time is variable dependent upon the ambient temperature - you can hasten it by putting them outside on a cold day or putting them in the fridge.

The dough has risen, become bubbly, and is very fragrant.

PREHEAT THE OVEN FOR ONLY ONE MINUTE...ONLY O N E MINUTE!

You will be warming it slightly so the shaped bialies can rise in about 45 minutes.
