Chopped ginger and garlic

What a messy job, but better to do it in a large batch to save time, a chasing garlic skins, and peeling ginger for each recipe that calls for them. The food processor did a great job.
This bag is in the freezer, from which I can break off a square whenever I need garlic and ginger for a stir-fry. Got the idea here: https://youtu.be/6uHoX4kF84k His new channel is "Aaron and Claire" and the presentation is much more professional, with really great recipes. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Aaron+and+Claire

After I got tired of peeling fresh garlic cloves I add the rest of a bag of Aldi peeled garlic. I used garlic from a bag of Gilroy, California garlid that we bought at Costco. Buying individual heads at the supermarket is a very expensive proposition. I had to dig up a couple of ginger plants because I didn't have enough of that in the freezer.
