SIL30121 yellow and black striped caterpillar?

Lots in my driveway, which leads me to believe they dropped from the oak trees in the adjacent gully. One of them deciding to crawl over my bare foot while I was cleaning the wheels on our car - really creeped me out. I'd rather photograph them than wear them.
