Strange Behavior from Wasp

I was fascinated to see this wasp pumping its rear body segment up and down and wondered if it was laying eggs, but then realized they usually lay eggs in some sort of nest, so I did a little research and found out that when they're hot wasps will do this to breathe more efficiently.
