Add a new layer to your image and select all. On that layer go to Edit/Stroke. Choose the width of the stroke - this one is 20 px. Click on OK. Go to Layer/Style and choose Bevel/Emboss. Move the soften slider to the right as you watch for the shape you want on your stroke. When you're satisfied, click on OK. That's it!
