I was at Mike's on Main for this morning's local Democratic Party discussion group. I had Donald Trump's head in my hands. Beneath his head was a stuffed stubby bottom. Head and body took the form of a punching bag as I bashed it against the wall wreaking my vengeance. As I was passing him on to the next person I woke up from my nightmare and knew that waking up wasn't going to make him go away.

just how I feel. There are children attacking other kids of different races & religion because they think it is ok now withe the new president elect who ran his campaign on bigotry. He still has not tried to calm down people except kinda & unwholeheartingly on 60 Minutes when he was put on the spot.

Why hard to believe? It happened in 2008 and 2012 less, I think, the misogynist part. Sad that we are now two separate countries of almost the exact same size...that basically can't stand one another.

Oh dear. I was watching at 4am here in the UK yesterday before the final announcement. It is very hard to believe that someone can become President without any experience, and be an arrogant misogynist bully

I had fallen asleep in front of the TV around 1:30 and woke up at 3:25 to see Trump giving a speech. I was hoping it was a concession speech, then I saw the caption. Talk about the ultimate rude awakening.

Wow, your country sure made a drastic turn to the right! Wow, Trump is now the President of the USA ... AND with control of both the Congress and the Senate! He basically has a blank check already signed! If you think you are shocked, the rest of the world is even more so! There are very drastic changes coming to your country now, the international treaties, alliances, NATO and the list is so long ... Good luck to you all!
