...and I couldn't be more pleased. Opted for better printing and thicker paper and a pricey box, but expenses were worth it! One option I would have liked, but didn't know existed until after I had laid out the pages, was "lay flat" pages - I allowed for the curve of the paper between pages and would have had too much white space between pages had I gone for the lay flat option. Be aware of this choice which, of course, you have to pay extra for!
