Success

(Not Asheville - but inspired by the cronuts we had at "Dough" in Asheville.)

After draining on paper towels I dipped them in vanilla sugar and a bit of demarara sugar.

Yummy!

Have to put yeast on the shopping list. Obviously mine is a bit old.
