He writes a column for the Hendersonville (NC) Times-News and is a fascinating guy who lives half the year in Hendersonville and the other in Canada, where he is a commercial fisherman. He mentioned this book in one of his columns and I couldn't find it online so I arranged to meet him to pick up a copy locally. I'm glad I did. His adventure in Egypt is gripping, as is his personality when you meet him. He's planning to publish this book in ebook format and I hope it will be available online. It's a very worthwhile read.
