P1110048 My first Philadelphia Rolls - well, sort of

I used what I had in the house after watching a video on sushi making inspired me. Next time I will use "takuan", yellow pickled turnip(?), better surimi (fake crabmeat). The Neuchatel cheese (lower fat cream cheese) and English cucumber were fine. I will be picking rice grains off wet towels for the next hour or so. Oh...they did taste good!
