Could be either - all three are raised in thie hatchery in what are called "raceways", long concrete fish-raising ponds with constantly flowing water.
The pools in which these trout are raised are very murky. You can barely see the fish. It took every Photoshop tweak I know to get some detail in the fish images. I think I might have done better with a polarizing filter on my lens.
