_MG_3424 Milkweed Bug Nymphs on Fallen Leaf

I find these bugs infinitely cute in their behavior. We've had quite a bit of rain lately. I'm wondering if they just got tired of the asclepias seed pods they've been on for so long. I hope they will reach maturity before cold weather gets them. The greyish plant is lavender. Learn about them here: http://insected.arizona.edu/milkinfo.htm

Well, I usually don't like insect pictures, but I have to say this is a nice image. Great detail!
