I agree with Phil - this laundry shot made me stop. I think several elements make this stand out - one is the fact of the centeredness of the window. Another is the color surrounded by gray shadows and finally there is that wonderful hand at the top organizing it all.
Stuff hanging in windows is a common theme, but this image goes far beyond the cliche to express a moment in space, light, and time with great beauty. The abstracted person in the top window is critical -- the hand energizes the image, and then the rhythmic shadows on the wall take over and connect the two windows in an eloquent duet of shape and color.
