This is a great image, Iris. The colors are what you might find in a field of wildflowers, and yet you found them here on this abandoned and rusty whatsit!

I really like this whole found object series and the way you used color and composition.
I obviously overlooked the potential you saw in these details.

The colors are wildly incongruous and the repeating rhythms of the bolts and curves carry the eye through the image. Very simple and quite shocking.
